Eric G. Lloyd Sr. was raised in Berkeley County and graduated from Berkeley High School in the Class of 1984.  After graduation he served as a Hospital Corpsman in the U.S. Navy.  His various tours of duty provided him with invaluable medical experience which in turn led him to pursue a career as a Physician Assistant.

He is a graduate of Hahnemann University in the Class of 1995.  He has practiced Family Medicine at Berkeley Family Practice ever since his graduation.  His practice interests include treatment of hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, pediatrics, and general preventive health and health education.  He frequently gives talks to local community and civic groups.  He is also the leader of the health ministry at his church, The Ministry of Truth Tabernacle.  He is married to Ann and they have four children.  His other hobbies include jogging, softball, basketball, reading, and spending time with his family.
