Jeffrey Santi, M.D.
Dr. Jeffrey Santi was born and raised in Sioux City, Iowa. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from Morningside College in Sioux City, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He received his Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Iowa College of Medicine in 1995. His internship and residency in Family Medicine were performed at Malcolm Grow Medical Center on Andrews Air Force Base outside of Washington, D.C., and he finished his training in 1998. He was then transferred to Charleston Air Force Base where he served as a staff family physician and the clinic medical education coordinator for the Primary Care Clinic. His service with the Air Force was completed in June of 2001, following which he began practicing at Berkeley Family Practice. He is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. His interests include colon cancer screening and colonoscopy, treatment of hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol, and pediatrics. He is active in the health ministry of his church by serving as the physician liason for all Cooperative Baptist Fellowship missionaries in the United States. He is married to Lora and they have three children, Madison, Ethan, and Maren. His hobbies include golf, swimming, Adventure Racing, and spending time with his family.
